SKILL & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 7 years of experience in the planning and design of civil engineering projects,

· Good understanding of the general design approach and philosophy for civil engineering projects and good knowledge of the operational practices in the consulting industry. The candidate should preferably have experience within a private consulting practice.
